Confidence Works – Learn to be your own life coach

I haven't felt the most confident lately. I've put weight back on, winter makes me feel a bit yuck, I've been neglecting my house/freinds a little. I needed a kick up the bum. Confidence Works by  Gladeana McMahon did just that. It is jam packed full of exercises, techniques and skills to increase you confidence.
