When my children were little there was little more that I liked to do than to take them out in their pushchairs for a walk. I have always been a busy purposeful woman so to have long hazy days where I just walked with my baby for the pleasure of being out and about felt very new and almost blissful.
I would always take with me a drink of water for me and milk for them ,snacks, a sunshade a raincover, a blanket and a buggy book or two.
Always prepared for the English weather and any eventuality. Having these things with us meant we could stay out just as long as we liked too. Buggy books are always a great idea particularly for kids who have mums like me who stop and chat to their friends a lot. Buggy books are simply little books that clip to you pushchair and keep a little one entertained on the go.
Here are some of my favourites board books .
Always a classic and much loved by kiddies everywhere it would look lovely and be very useful attatched to this gogeous buggy
Pushchairs avaibale from Britax UK
To match the lovely bright red buggy I would go for this lovely board book with black and white illistrations that little ones find oso appealing and a mirror that will fascinate them for hours
Obviously your book and buggy do not need to colour co-ordinate that is just my ‘thing!’ Hee hee. I have always been the same.. as a child I matched my socks to my hair bands!
You can get buggy books with sounds and squeeks, glittery ones, pop up ones, ones of books your child knows and love like Spot or Charlie and Lola. They are so convenient they just stay attached to your stroller so if you forget to pack entertainment there is always a good book close to hand.
