This is a very useful book taking you by the hand and leading you through the stages of pregnancy week by week addressing all the common concerns. It’s not silly or personal or distracting at all liuke meany such books are. It is full of common sense and practical advice and it covers:
- babys development
- physcial and emotional changes in you
- common symptoms
- what to expect fr0m labour
- the first 6 weeks.
Perfect to dip in and out of, this is one pregnancy book that won’t hog the coffee table but will neatly fit in your bag just where you will want it ready to refer to.
It contains lots of excerpts and eamples from real life mums which is always reassuring. Dr. Kaye is full of top tips such as if dads feel left out just get them changing nappies…so sensible!
It’s a fab book…really useful and to the point.
