This is a simple clear fact filled practical guide to helping children aged 3-10 with their sleep problem. As I am sure yuou know it doesn’t just end at the baby years. Sammy covers everything:
- The bedrom environment
- Sleep patterns
- Parent reactions
- Siblings etc.
The book offers practical solutions and advie and it’s great because over 3’s and sleep is not a well documented subject but it is of course vital. Sammy is all about good quality sleep and writes in a clear accesible way. great if you have sleep problems.
Top Tip: Stick to early to bed/rise at the weekends or it’ll be hell again when school comes round! (my words but her idea!) A top tip indeed that I have learnt to my peril!
